Physical Books (Paperbacks)
All paperback books are printed on demand and shipped directly to you by our fulfillment partner.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days for printing and packaging
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days via standard mail (US)
- Total estimated delivery: 7–14 business days from order date
- Free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (48 states)
- We do not currently ship physical books to Hawaii, Alaska, or international addresses
Digital Products (eBooks & Audiobooks)
All eBooks and audiobooks are delivered instantly via BookFunnel.
- You will receive a download link at your email address immediately after purchase
- Downloads can be accessed on any device using the free BookFunnel app
- If you do not receive your download email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at support@wilsonwolfjournals.com
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@wilsonwolfjournals.com within 7 days of delivery with photo and video proof of the damage including the date. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns
Physical books may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
